Elevate Your NFL Draft Party with a Draft Quiz!
The 2023 NFL Draft is coming up on us fast. Round 1 kicks off this Thursday, April 27. Will you be getting together with your football friends to watch as the first round unfolds? If not, I highly recommend that you do. It’s always a good time. And if you do have a draft party, might I also suggest including a draft quiz.
Hosting an NFL draft party is a thrilling experience for football fans, and adding a draft quiz can take the excitement to another level! In this blog post, we’ll explore how incorporating a quiz that challenges attendees’ NFL draft knowledge can boost the fun factor at your NFL draft party.
First, a quiz adds friendly competition among guests, sparking lively discussions and debates about draft prospects and team needs. It creates anticipation and suspense as guests eagerly await the results of the quiz while the draft unfolds, keeping them actively involved throughout the event. Second, a quiz can educate and engage guests who may not be as familiar with the NFL draft process, fostering a deeper appreciation for the draft and generating interest among all attendees.
Finally, a personalized quiz adds a unique touch to your NFL draft party. Customizing the quiz questions to match your specific draft event allows you to tailor the quiz to your guests’ interests, making it a memorable and enjoyable event.
What kinds of questions should you include in your quiz? The sky’s the limit, but to give you some ideas, here are the questions that will be on the quiz at our draft get-together.

Keep track of the points scored as the evening progresses. The person that scores the most points at the conclusion of round 1 is declared the winner.
Although the best part of coming out on top in a quiz like this is the bragging rights, we like to sweeten things up – even if just a little bit – by putting some token-money on the line. Our get-together will be low-key, so we’re only going to kick in $5 each. You can have bigger financial stakes, but it’s probably best to keep bets friendly and within legal limits, and always ensure that all participants are comfortable with the betting format and stakes.
I recommend that you distribute the quiz to guests several days in advance. This will give them the opportunity to think about and evaluate the questions, adding to the excitement and anticipation leading up to the draft party.
In conclusion, incorporating a draft quiz into your NFL draft party can greatly enhance the enjoyment of the event. It promotes friendly competition, educates and engages guests, creates anticipation and suspense, and adds a personalized touch. So, get ready to elevate your NFL draft party to new heights with an interactive quiz that will make it a memorable and fun-filled experience for everyone involved!
As always, run to daylight!
